Operating rules, service timelines, and payment terms for managed IT and related technology services.
By engaging with AVC Technology LLC, you agree to the terms governing our managed IT services, which may include technical support, cybersecurity assistance, cloud administration, and related consulting. AVC Technology LLC will provide services according to accepted industry practices and the scope defined in a service agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
Technology service delivery is collaborative and ongoing. While AVC Technology LLC provides estimated timelines for onboarding, remediation tasks, and project milestones, timelines depend on timely client communication and required access to systems and vendor accounts. Delays in approvals, credentials, or third-party responses may affect completion dates.
Invoices are generally structured as recurring monthly service fees unless otherwise defined as project work. Payment to AVC Technology LLC is due according to invoice terms. Third-party software licensing, cloud subscriptions, hardware purchases, and vendor charges are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of non-critical services until balances are resolved.
For AVC Technology LLC to provide services effectively, the client must provide required authorizations, access credentials, and operational contacts. The client is responsible for ensuring it has proper rights to software, content, and systems provided for service use. AVC Technology LLC is not liable for infringements or compliance issues caused by client-supplied assets or unauthorized tools.
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice according to the agreement terms. Upon termination, AVC Technology LLC will provide available transition materials and invoice for work completed through the termination date. AVC Technology LLC may terminate services immediately in the event of unlawful use, abuse of systems, or material breach of these terms.
